Organizational information

Note: Registration of ALL conference participants (active and passive) is required via the registration forms available on the website, including co-authors of papers if they will be present at the conference.

CONFERENCE FEES:

Active participation with publication is PLN 300. Possibility to publish the complete paper after obtaining a positive review in (optional):

• scientific monograph published by Wydawnictwo Krakowska Akademia im. Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski - chapter - 20 points MEiN. The guidelines for authors are available in the attachment at the bottom of the page.

Active participation without publication is PLN 200
Passive participation PLN 100
Participation in the conference for students and employees of Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Krakow University is free of charge
Participation of invited guests, members of the Scientific Committee and the Organizing Committee is free of charge

IMPORTANT DATES:
Registration of participants open from May 5 to July 24, 2023
Registration of passive participants until September 20, 2023
Qualification of active participants until August 31, 2023
Publication of the conference program by September 8, 2023

Registration takes place only via the electronic application form available on the website

ABSTRACTS
Abstracts, which are a mandatory element of the speaker’s application form, should be prepared in English. The abstract cannot contain figures, charts, drawings or photos. The maximum limit of characters with spaces is 2000. Title, authors and affiliations are not included in the limit. The downloadable abstract template is in the attachment at the bottom of the page.

The abstract of the original paper should consist of the following parts:

• introduction

• purpose of research

• material and methods

• results

• conclusions

• keywords (3-5)

Abstract of the review paper:

• introduction

• objective of the paper

• conclusions

• keywords (3-5)

Abstract of the paper with a case description:

• introduction

• a case report

• conclusions

• keywords (3-5)

Presentation of papers at the conference:

1. The presentation of the paper is in English

2. The form of the paper presentation: personal oral presentation, at the conference venue, along with a prepared slideshow.

3. The prepared presentation should be sent in ppt formats. and pdf. to the e-mail address of the conference by September 25, 2023 at the latest.

4. Each presentation is delivered by an active participant (speaker) who submitted an abstract in the registration form.

5. The duration of the presentation is a maximum of 10 minutes.

6. The duration of the discussion after the presentation is a maximum of 5 minutes.

7. The order of presentations in a given session is in accordance with the conference program.

8. The Organizer reserves the right to change the time allocated for the presentation and discussion, depending on the number of submitted works.

9. Any changes regarding the presentation of the paper should be immediately reported to the Organizer

 Presentation of papers in a poster session:

1. The presentation of the paper is in English.

2. The form of  the paper presentation: personal oral presentation, at the conference venue.

3. The file in .ppt and .pdf format should be sent by September 25, 2023. Technical parameters for the poster session can be found in the attachment below

4. Each presentation is delivered by an active participant (speaker) who submitted a description of the poster in the registration form

5. Poster presentation time is a maximum of 5 minutes.

6. The duration of the discussion is a maximum of 5 minutes.

7. The order of presentations in a given session is in accordance with the Conference program.

8. The Organizer reserves the right to change the time allocated for the presentation and discussion, depending on the number of submitted works.

9. Any changes regarding the presentation of the paper should be immediately reported to the Organizer.
